RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At Bumchic, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we're here to assist you with a return or exchange.

RETURNS :

We only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

RETURN PROCESS :

Contact us at bumchicadda@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.
After receiving the defective item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS :

Return shipping for defective items is free.

EXCHANGES :

We offer exchanges only for defective products. If your item arrived damaged or defective and you'd prefer an exchange, follow the steps below:

EXCHANGE PROCESS :

Contact us at bumchicadda@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos.
After approval, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Once we receive the defective item, we will ship out a replacement item at no additional cost. You will receive an email with tracking information once your new item is on the way.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS :

Exchanges for defective items are free of charge.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS :

Please note that returns and exchanges are only applicable for defective or damaged items. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product, unless the item is defective.

DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS :

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting bumchicadda@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue through a return or exchange.
