    To place an order, simply browse our collection, select your desired items, choose the size and color, and click "Add to Cart." Once you’ve added all items, proceed to checkout, where you can review your order, enter your shipping information, and complete your purchase.
  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    We only accept returns and exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with a return or exchange at no additional cost. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for non-defective items, such as incorrect size or change of mind.
  • How do I know what size to order?
    Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find the perfect fit. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements to our size chart. If you’re unsure or need further assistance, feel free to contact us at bumchicadda@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help!
  • Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
    We begin processing orders as soon as they’re placed to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at bumchicadda@gmail.com. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order is being processed.
